1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to ChartRobo for subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed and access to indicators is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Free Trial Before Purchase

To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a Free Trial of our TradingView Indicators (TradeRadar & WaveX). We encourage users to test the tools during the trial period before purchasing any paid plans.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by informing us through WhatsApp or Email. However, cancellation will only stop future renewals. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

4. Non-Renewal Policy

ChartRobo does not automatically renew subscriptions. Users must manually renew their plans upon expiry. No auto-debit or recurring charges are applied.
