1. Nature of Products

ChartRobo provides digital TradingView indicators such as TradeRadar and WaveX. These are educational tools meant for learning and demonstration of technical analysis concepts. No physical shipment or tangible product is involved.

2. Digital Delivery Process

Upon successful payment and confirmation of your TradingView Username (shared via WhatsApp or email), your access to the subscribed indicators will be activated directly on the TradingView platform.

3. Activation Timeline

Access to indicators will typically be activated within 24 working hours after payment confirmation. If activation is delayed due to technical or TradingView-related issues, the user will be informed promptly.

4. Working Hours

Our activation support operates between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (IST). Requests received outside working hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. No Physical Shipping

As ChartRobo delivers digital educational access only, there are no physical delivery logistics, courier partners, or shipping fees applicable.

• Indicator access is non-transferable and linked to your TradingView username only.
