1. Digital Product Delivery

ChartRobo provides digital TradingView indicators (TradeRadar & WaveX). No physical product will be shipped or delivered. Access to indicators is granted via the TradingView platform.

2. Activation Time

Once the payment is confirmed and your TradingView Username is shared with us (via WhatsApp or Email), access to the indicators will be activated within 24 working hours.

3. Working Hours

Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (IST). Activation requests made beyond working hours will be processed on the next working day.

4. No Physical Shipping

Since we only deliver digital access, there are no physical shipping charges, delivery logistics, or courier services involved.
