1. Course Participation
Enrolled participants may attend live sessions as per the published batch schedule. If a participant is unable to attend a session, access to recordings (if provided) may be granted at the discretion of ChartRobo.
2. Cancellation of Enrollment
- A participant may request cancellation and refund only if the educational program has not yet commenced.
- Once live sessions or learning activities begin, no refunds shall be applicable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the program start date.

This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and the smooth functioning of ChartRobo’s educational programs.
