```1. Participation in Programs
Participants enrolled in any ChartRobo program are expected to attend
sessions as per the scheduled timeline.
In case a participant is unable to attend a session,
access to recorded sessions (if available) may be provided
at the sole discretion of ChartRobo.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted before the commencement of the program.
- Once the program has commenced (including live sessions or access to learning material), no refunds shall be applicable.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Requests for cancellation must be communicated through official contact channels prior to the program start date.
