Access to workshops, mentorship sessions, and educational materials is provided through online platforms such as video conferencing tools, email communication, or secure digital links.

2. Delivery Timeline

After successful enrollment and payment confirmation, participants typically receive access details within 24–48 hours via registered email or WhatsApp.

3. No Physical Shipment

ChartRobo does not ship any physical goods. No courier, postal, or physical delivery services are applicable under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is requested before the commencement of educational sessions. Once sessions begin, no refunds shall be applicable.
