1. Mode of Delivery

Access to workshops, mentorship sessions, and educational tools is provided through online platforms such as video conferencing, email, or secure links shared with enrolled students.

2. Delivery Timeline

Upon successful enrollment and confirmation, participants receive access details (like Zoom/Meet link or tool access) typically within 24 to 48 hours via registered email or WhatsApp.

3. No Physical Shipments

Since ChartRobo provides only digital and educational services, no courier, postal, or physical deliveries are applicable under any circumstance.

4. Access Issues

If you do not receive your workshop access link or tool credentials within 48 hours of payment confirmation, please contact us at chartrobo@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8891189811 for prompt assistance.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Students may opt out and receive a refund only until the workshop sessions have not started. Once learning sessions begin, no refund or cancellation will be applicable. For full policy, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
