By accessing and participating in ChartRobo workshops or using ChartRobo educational tools, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate or use our services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All ChartRobo workshops, tools, and strategies including ChartRobo Seasonal Trend Analyzer(TradeRadar) and ChartRobo Potential Reversal Finder(WaveX) are provided strictly for educational, analytical, and research purposes. ChartRobo does not provide investment advice, stock recommendations, or portfolio management. Participation does not create any client-advisor relationship. We are not SEBI-registered advisors.

3. Access & Usage

• Access to ChartRobo tools is complimentary for enrolled students of the ChartRobo Basic Workshop and Mentorship Program.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login or usage access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.
• Tools are intended for learning, practice, and backtesting only. No live trading recommendations are provided.

4. No Guarantee of Results

ChartRobo workshops and tools do not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. Market participation involves significant risk. Users are responsible for their own analysis and decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor for trading or investment decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, workshop materials, tools, logos, and indicators are proprietary to ChartRobo. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChartRobo is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use our workshops, tools, or website content.

7. Modification of Terms

ChartRobo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
